Microsoft is working on a project like Google’s StreetView. The technology is named as Microsoft’s StreetSlide thru which one can view a panoramic picture of streets like in StreetView of Google. But in StreetSlide, Microsoft has added lot many new dimensions like viewing the same street from different locations and even take a view on full street in stretch mode. Indian cabinet has already approved the Rupee symbol designed by D. Uday Kumar and now it is time to use it in daily life. As it will take at least 6 – 8 months for new symbol to appear on standard keyboards but you can start using it on documents using the free font released by Foradian Technologies.
