Convert Ubuntu 9.10 into Windows 7 thru Transformation Pack

We had earlier shared the transformation pack of Windows 7 for Windows XP, but If you are using Ubuntu Linux on your system, you can use Windows 7 Transformation pack to convert Ubuntu’s look into Windows 7. I really like the look and feel of Ubuntu 9.10 but you can also transform that into Windows 7.

    how to use windows7.tar.gz i dont know i am new with ubuntu

    I tried to download it then when i opened it it just came up with command line output
    gzip: stdin: decompression OK, trailing garbage ignored
    tar: Child returned status 2
    tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
    and do you open it with archive manager? because whenever i try and download anything it comes up with command line output
