Canonical has released Ubuntu 9.10 Linux distribution for Desktops and Netbook. It is publicly released for free download. According to the release note from Canonical, a Europe based organization which is sponsor of Ubuntu, this Linux distribution’s latest release is having below mentioned features:

  • Audio revamp allowing improved sound control across multiple applications

  • Firefox 3.5: latest, fastest, most secure web browser yet from Mozilla
