Ubuntu Team is working on a formal manual for Ubuntu System. Ubuntu Manual is expected to come with Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx in April 2010. Lot many people are working on this manual which is still in development phase as a “Ubuntu Manual Project”. You can take a look at the initial preview of Ubuntu Manual by downloading the below attached PDF.

Ubuntu Manual will have instructions for installation, pre-installation check and post-installation tutorials. It also provides an introduction about Ubuntu and Linux to new users.
