BuddyPress 1.2 has been released with some awesome features and options. The most important one is that now you don’t need to have Wordpress MU to install BuddyPress. You can install this social networking plugin on standard i.e. normal Wordpress setup as well. Buddypress 1.2 is having lot many other features as well.

Google has released Google Buzz – a social networking platform integrated with Gmail where you can communicate, share pictures, links etc with your friends and followers. Last month we published an update about Wordpress 3.0 that it is going to have Wordpress and Wordpress MU merged in it. Today, at the time of testing the first alpha of Wordpress 3.0, I thought to show the special page created for Wordpress MU in Wordpress 3.0. We told yesterday that Mozilla has scheduled the release of Firefox 3.6 for today at 9:30 Hrs PST i.e. 11:00 PM IST. So as per the schedule, Mozilla has released the Firefox 3.6 final version on pre-decided time. We have already shared the features included in Firefox 3.6. Before this final release, Mozilla released 5 Beta version and 2 Release Candidates for Firefox 3.6.
After releasing Release Candidates in last few days, Mozilla is set to release the final version of Firefox 3.6 on 21’st January 2010 at 0930 Hrs PST (Pacific Standard Time). Which means 11:00 PM (IST) on 21’st January in India.
Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx Alpha 1 had released in last month and now Ubuntu team has released the Alpha 2 of Lucid Lynx. You can download and test the Alpha 2 version on your computer or server. Read the post to know what’s new in Lucid Lynx Alpha 2.
