Convert a picture into a full website by using Slices

Create a website in Adobe Photoshop by using Slices. In the toolbar section of the Photoshop, there is a tool called Slices which will cut the image in different slices and then you can treat every slice as a different image. Provide the URL which you want  to each slice of the image and save the document as a web or device doc. Your website is ready to use.

Once you are done with your new website created out of the Adobe Photoshop, then open the Dreamweaver and manage the changes which you want to append in the website.
