Wordpress 2.9 With Image Edit Feature

As we have already said, Wordpress 2.9 is going to release after Wordpress 2.8.5 and here is a new feature which is going to be in Wordpress 2.9 is Image Editing. Basic editing features like Crop, Undo, rotate and flip are going to be there in Wordpress 2.9 which will definitely help bloggers to place a good image on their posts.

Crop feature will definitely provide a way to reduce the image size as well thru which one can reduce the page load time. Now a days, Images are heavily used in blog post because the average Internet Speed around the world is increasing and that’s why users are not facing much problem in downloading those images. Whether you have a iPhone blog, or technology blog or a designer blog, you need images to showcase your work in visual way. This image editing feature in Wordpress 2.9 will definitely help you in that way.
