Internet Explorer 10 is expected to have more features related to CSS3 and will also have better utilization of hardware graphics. As this is the first preview build of the IE 10 browser, you can expect the final build by next year in April i.e. April 2012. As it is expected that IE 10 will ship with Windows 8 which is scheduled for year 2012.
IE 10 first preview is available to download from IE Test Derive site and you can explore the items attached on that page. For example, Speed demos, HTML demos, Graphics demos, Browser demos are available on that page.
I did the Fishbowl Benchmark test on IE 9 and IE 10 first build and the response was similar on these two browsers. I think we should wait for other reviews or further releases to have more depth results. According to the Microsoft officials, IE 10 will see fresh build on every 12 weeks time i.e. every 3 months period.
Go ahead and try the first preview build of IE 10 on your computer by testing different demos on IE Test Drive page.
