Yahoo and Facebook has completed a deal where Yahoo users can check their Facebook news feed, updates on Yahoo homepage as well. This will definitely help Yahoo in increasing the reach of their products as well as help those 600 million social networking site’s visitors to connect their Yahoo accounts with Facebook. People can share updates and stuff from Yahoo homepage as well. Here is the announcement excerpt from Yahoo’s blog,
Today this vision is really coming to life in the Yahoo! products you use every day. We are starting to integrate Facebook in a big way, a result of the agreement we first signed with Facebook last December. People who use Yahoo! and Facebook can now link their accounts to view and share updates with friends across both networks. This means you can see your Facebook News Feed from your Yahoo! homepage, Yahoo! Mail, and other favorite Yahoo! sites and services. When you create and share content on our properties – including Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Sports, Yahoo! Answers, and many of our entertainment sites, such as omg!, Yahoo! TV, and Yahoo! Music – you can share that content on Facebook.
I tried connecting my Facebook account with Yahoo account and after doing that successfully, I started sharing stuff from my Yahoo Homepage and I can also see my friend’s updates over there. Here are some screenshots which can help you setting up Yahoo and Facebook link.

Social networking is on its peek and Internet giants like Yahoo are very much aware of this. I hope that this integration will help and encourage Yahoo users to connect with their friends and followers thru Facebook. Post your thoughts about this integration between Yahoo and Facebook.
