Matt released WP.me URL shortening service for WordPress.com blogs thru which the permalink of any post will shorten by 70%. This service is exclusive for WordPress.com blogs which are hosted on WordPress.com. Blog administrator can see the short URL for each post by editing the post under Dashboard.
